This non-toxic and ready-to-use antifreeze is developed for effective winterizing of drinking water, sanitary, and cooling water systems in boats, caravans, motorhomes, summer houses, and other leisure installations where high frost protection is desired combined with low toxicity. The product is water-soluble, contains corrosion protection, and helps protect pipes, tanks, pumps, valves, and other components against frost-related damage. Effective frost and burst protection When temperatures drop below freezing, even small amounts of residual water in pipes and tanks can cause extensive frost bursts. 1852 Antifreeze is developed to minimize this risk and is burst-proof down to -40 degrees. The product also provides very high protection against frost bursts in both plastic and metal installations. Although the liquid begins to freeze at approx. -11 degrees, it forms a slush-like structure with limited expansion.
