Autonautic Marine Barometer Minor 72 is developed for sailors and outdoor enthusiasts who want precision, style and compact design. With a base of only 72 mm, this barometer is among the smallest instruments in Autonautic's range, making it ideal for smaller vessels, caravans or motorhomes where space is a luxury. Despite its compact size, the Minor 72 delivers maximum functionality and an exclusive appearance.
The instrument is made of gold-plated brass and protected by robust mineral glass, ensuring long durability and resistance to scratches. It is equipped with a temperature-compensated, fully adjustable aneroid mechanism that ensures accurate readings in all conditions. The measuring range is 960–1060 hPa with an accuracy of +/- 3 hPa in the normal range (990–1030 hPa) and +/- 5 hPa in the outer ranges. This makes the barometer perfect for meteorological observations at sea or as part of a mobile weather station.
The series includes four instruments – ship's clock, barometer, thermometer and hygrometer – and each is available in four different styles, making it possible to create a complete and harmonious set of meteorological instruments. B72D can also be used in custom-designed panels or weather stations, and ready-assembled weather stations are available as an alternative.
