The models with return brake are suitable for use where there is a chance of the load running out of control. Must be operated in and out using the handle.
All DL trailer winches are TUFFPLATE zinc treated as standard. The zinc-treated yellow chromate “TUFFPLATE” design is 3 times more resistant than normal zinc-treated winches and is 30% more resistant to corrosion. All winches without return brake allow free-spooling of the wheel when the pawl is not engaged.
