Avoid galvanic corrosion of your swim ladder/extension by mounting an anode on the metals to be protected. Unfortunately, stainless steel (both AISI 304 and 316) is also exposed to galvanic corrosion. So use shaft anode Ø:32 mm item no. 1143324 if you want to protect your swim ladder/extension.
