This PTFE tape is developed for secure sealing of threads in plumbing, marine and installation work, where durability and reliability are required. It is suitable for both professional and private use.
The tape is made of polytetrafluoroethylene, which provides low friction and effective filling of irregularities in the thread. The material withstands high pressure and large temperature fluctuations without losing its properties. Used for water installations, air, oil and general threaded joints. Compatible with metal and plastic fittings and suitable for both new joints and repairs.
The white tape is easy to work with and provides an even seal without hardening. It protects the thread against corrosion and makes later disassembly easier. Clean the thread. Wrap the tape evenly in the direction of the thread with light tension. Assemble the connection and tighten as usual. Retighten if necessary.
