Glomex wants to make life easier for boat owners by offering a new universal, robust, high-performance antenna that can be adapted to any need and installed quickly. With FME connection, quick screw mounting.
The antenna is made from the best raw materials and constructed with a fiberglass rod, which makes it more stable/steady. The rod is UV-treated, so the internal brass elements are protected. The antenna is 1.2 m long, with a gain of 3dB. The antenna is suitable for mounting on both sailboats and motorboats thanks to different optional mounting brackets. The antenna base has a 5/8" x 24 thread, which can be matched with optional brackets via an adapter.
In addition, the antenna can be supplied with Glomex RG8X low loss high-quality coaxial cable. The cable is available in different lengths and is already pre-installed with FME connectors. All these features give boat owners great freedom in implementing the VHF/FM/DAB & AIS systems and an extremely easy and fast installation thanks to the FME-UHF adapter and various optional mounting brackets.
