The remote control provides easy control of boat audio systems and is relevant for sailors who want access to playback and volume from multiple positions on board. It increases comfort and makes operation flexible in all situations. The unit is built for the marine environment with IPX7 protection and a robust construction. It ensures reliable operation in wet conditions and provides direct control of compatible Hertz units without delay. The remote control is used together with Hertz Capri units and the HMR series, including HMR 50, HMR 20, HMR 18, HMR 15 and HMR 10. It is mounted on the deck in a panel cutout and functions as an additional control station. The solution is practical on boats with multiple lounge areas, where music control is desired both in the cockpit and on the foredeck. Its compact size makes it easy to place without taking up unnecessary space.
