The insulation board is designed to dampen noise and heat in marine installations. It is suitable for both powerboats and sailboats, where comfort and protection of the surroundings are important. The construction combines an insulating core material with aluminum coating on one side. The aluminum surface reflects heat, while the insulation reduces vibration and sound transmission. The board is typically used in engine rooms, technical compartments and behind panels. The self-adhesive backing makes it suitable for mounting on flat and lightly curved surfaces without the need for additional fastening.
Clean and degrease the surface thoroughly. Remove the protective film and press the board firmly against the surface. Ensure full contact and avoid air pockets during installation.
