Sanding disc developed for efficient processing of surfaces with paint, varnish and filler. It is suitable for both professional workshop use and demanding DIY tasks where a consistent sanding result is essential. The abrasive is built with corundum grit bonded in synthetic resin and applied with an active coating. The construction ensures stable operation, high material removal and reduced clogging, even during prolonged sanding. The disc is used on eccentric sanders with a self-adhesive attachment. It fits standard machines and can be used on several materials, including plastic, wood and coated surfaces.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Mount the disc correctly on the backing pad. Make sure the attachment is clean and dry. Start with moderate pressure and let the machine do the work. Replace the disc when visible wear or reduced sanding performance occurs.
