The hand block is developed for controlled hand sanding, where precision and comfort are important. It is suitable for workshops, painting and assembly, where machine sanding is not practical or desired. The ergonomic shape provides a secure grip and reduces fatigue during prolonged work. The firm, flat underside ensures even pressure against the surface and a consistent sanding result. The hand block is used together with self-fastening sanding discs in diameter 125/150 mm. The sanding disc mounts quickly and securely and can be easily replaced during work. It is suitable for both edge sanding and surface sanding on materials such as wood, paint, varnish, filler and metal. The construction makes it easy to work precisely on small surfaces and details.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Attach the sanding disc flat on the block. Use even pressure without pressing. Work in calm movements and adjust the grit size according to the task.
