Sanding disc developed for efficient surface processing of paint, varnish, and filler. It is suitable for both professional workshop use and demanding DIY tasks where a consistent sanding result is essential. The abrasive is made with corundum grains bonded in synthetic resin and coated with an active layer. The construction ensures stable operation, high material removal, and reduced clogging, even during extended sanding. The disc is used on random orbital sanders with a hook-and-loop fastening. It fits standard machines and can be used on several materials, including plastic, wood, and coated workpieces.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Mount the disc correctly on the backing pad. Ensure a clean and dry fastening surface. Start with moderate pressure and let the machine do the work. Replace the disc when visible wear occurs or sanding performance is reduced.
