Sanding disc developed for efficient surface processing of paint, varnish and filler. It is suitable for both professional workshop use and demanding DIY tasks where a consistent sanding result is essential. The abrasive is made with corundum grains bonded in synthetic resin and coated with an active layer. This construction ensures stable operation, high material removal and reduced clogging, even during prolonged sanding. The disc is used on random orbital sanders with self-adhesive fastening. It fits standard machines and can be used on a range of materials, including plastic, wood and coated workpieces.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Mount the disc correctly on the backing pad. Ensure the fastening surface is clean and dry. Start with moderate pressure and let the machine do the work. Replace the disc when visible wear appears or sanding performance drops.
