Sanding disc developed for efficient surface processing of paint, varnish and filler. It is suitable for both professional workshop use and demanding DIY jobs where a consistent sanding result is essential. The abrasive is made with corundum grains bonded in synthetic resin and coated with an active coating. The construction ensures stable operation, high material removal and reduced clogging, even during prolonged sanding. The disc is used on random orbital sanders with a self-adhesive backing. It fits standard machines and can be used on several materials, including plastic, wood and coated surfaces.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Mount the disc correctly on the backing pad. Make sure the backing is clean and dry. Start with moderate pressure and let the machine do the work. Replace the disc when there is visible wear or reduced sanding performance.
