Sanding disc developed for efficient surface processing of paint, varnish and filler. It is suitable for both professional workshop use and demanding DIY tasks, where a consistent sanding result is essential. The abrasive is made with corundum grains bonded in synthetic resin and coated with an active layer. This construction ensures stable operation, high material removal and reduced clogging, even during extended sanding. The disc is used on random orbital sanders with a self-adhesive backing. It fits standard machines and can be used on several materials, including plastic, wood and coated workpieces.
INSTRUCTIONS Install the disc correctly on the backing pad. Ensure a clean and dry backing surface. Start with moderate pressure and let the machine do the work. Replace the disc when visible wear appears or sanding performance decreases.
