Sanding disc developed for efficient processing of surfaces with paint, varnish, and filler. It is suitable for both professional workshop use and demanding DIY tasks where a consistent sanding result is essential. The abrasive is made with corundum grain bonded in synthetic resin and coated with an active layer. The construction ensures stable operation, high material removal, and reduced clogging, even during extended sanding. The disc is used on random orbital sanders with a self-adhesive attachment. It fits standard machines and can be used on several materials, including plastic, wood, and coated workpieces.
USER GUIDE Mount the disc correctly on the backing pad. Ensure the attachment surface is clean and dry. Start with moderate pressure and let the machine do the work. Replace the disc when visible wear appears or sanding performance decreases.
