Le Tonkinois linseed oil varnish is a linseed-oil-based varnish that provides outstanding, long-lasting protection for wood and metal. It is economical in use and protects against UV rays and wear, making it suitable for both interior and exterior surfaces.

Le Tonkinois is a linseed-oil-based varnish that provides outstanding and durable protection for wood and metal. The varnish offers long-lasting protection against UV rays and follows the movement of the wood with changes in temperature and humidity. It provides long-lasting protection against wear, including on decks and sole boards, and is resistant to oil and chemicals.
The properties of the linseed oil varnish provide excellent protection both indoors and outdoors. It is economical in use; 1 l covers approx. 16 m2 on untreated surfaces and approx. 20 m2 on treated surfaces.
Le Tonkinois linseed oil varnish is dust dry after 2 hours, ready to handle after 8 hours, and recoatable after 24 hours. Light sanding between 2 -3 coats. The varnish contains or releases no harmful substances. Approved according to SS-EN 71-3:1994, SP method1598.
