Developed for sailboats where simple and effective shade in the cockpit is desired. It is suitable both for time spent in harbor and at anchor, and provides added comfort on sunny days.
The sun sail is made from durable, resin-treated polyester that provides high protection against UV radiation and withstands the marine environment. The construction is lightweight yet robust, and the fabric retains its shape during use.
The mounting is flexible and can be adapted to different rigging setups. The sun sail can be secured along the sides to the guardrail or stays and hoisted in the middle for optimal coverage.
The integrated stainless steel rings provide multiple attachment points and make it easy to adjust tension and position. This makes the sun sail suitable for many types of sailboats without fixed fittings.
