Owatrol Penetrating Oil is applied directly to solid rust spots and protects against further rust attack.
Colors added to Owatrol Penetrating Oil do not flake off and are easier to apply in all conditions. The oil can be mixed into all types of varnish paints and stains that can be thinned with turpentine.
