Quicksilver 8M6007991 Aluminium Anode Kit is designed to protect Volvo 290 Duoprop sterndrives against the damaging effects of galvanic corrosion. This complete kit includes aluminium anodes and stainless steel mounting hardware, ensuring a precise OEM fit and easy installation. Aluminium is the preferred material for saltwater and brackish water, as it provides longer-lasting protection and is up to 50% lighter than zinc. With included hardware and clear instructions, you can quickly and easily replace the anodes and ensure that your drive unit remains protected under all conditions.
