Ronstan Ballslide batten car is a car that uses the patented Ballslide system for easy installation on existing luff grooves in the mast. It is designed to make hoisting and lowering the sail easier, and it fits the most popular masts and boats up to 60 feet.

Fast, simple and reliable. The patented Ronstan BallslideTM system uses the existing luff groove in the mast. That means no track needs to be installed. The BallslideTM cars have so-called "captive ball bearings", which means the balls stay in the car even when it is not mounted, and it can therefore be easily removed and fitted to the mast when the mainsail needs to be installed. The BallslideTM cars fit the most popular masts and boats up to 60 feet.· The through-bolt ball bearings make it easier and faster to hoist and lower the sail.· No track is required.
