This block is developed for sailors who want a lightweight and reliable solution for trim lines onboard. It provides stable performance in compact rigging on both dinghies and smaller keelboats. The design is based on a 2-stage ball bearing system with low friction throughout the entire load range. The self-lubricating Nylatron® sheave works reliably under both static and dynamic loads and is housed in a strong composite frame. It is compatible with lines up to 8 mm and can be mounted via the swivel head with a shackle. The low weight makes the block suitable for systems where minimal mass and smooth line lead are important. The Nylatron® sheave is especially relevant when using wire or installations with prolonged load.

INSTRUCTIONS Mount the block with the shackle at a fixed point. Lead the line correctly through the sheave. Avoid sharp bends and check regularly for wear.
