This is a specially developed fouling protection system for RIB boats that stay in the water all season. It is suitable for both private and professional users who want a clean hull, high performance, and minimal maintenance without the use of biocides.
The system consists of a clear epoxy-bonded primer and a silicone-based foul-release surface. The combination creates a smooth, low-friction film to which fouling has difficulty adhering, while also preserving the boat's speed and fuel efficiency. The product is used on both hulls and pontoons. It is suitable for fiberglass and polyester and intended for use below the waterline in both saltwater and freshwater. The transparent finish does not change the boat's appearance.
In practice, the smooth surface means that algae and fouling can be easily rinsed off while underway or with a sponge. The system is well suited to boats that sail fast and where low resistance and stable operation are essential.
Clean and degrease the surface thoroughly. Lightly sand the hull and apply the primer in one coat. After curing, apply two coats of topcoat. Pontoons require only the topcoat. The boat can be launched after full curing at the appropriate temperature. Apply with a roller or brush
