HERE'S HOW TO FIND OUT HOW LONG YOUR CABLE NEEDS TO BE:

• Measure the distance from the centre of your engine to the corner of the boat, line A.
• Then measure the distance from the centre of your control box to the boat's corner, line B.
• Then add the two lengths together (A+B), then add 3 feet so the cable is long enough for the engine to have full freedom of movement.
• Shift/throttle cable = total length.
